African Footprints is situated opposite the University of the Free State, and Universitas Hospital, in the same street than all major sport stadiums ( Vodacom Park etc.), Grey College, Eunice Girls High, Central University of Technologies the Waterfront Mall with various upmarket restaurants and the Bloemfontein Zoo.

All government departments, the Supreme Court, Snt Andrews Boys and Snt Michaels and Mimosa Mall are within 1.2km from African Lodge. We offer comfortable, stylish, African decorated en-suite bedrooms. All of our rooms have private entrances to the garden and parking area. We have self catering family units with a kitchenette, our family units can accommodate up to 5 guests at a time En-suite bathroom with a bath or shower. a selection of satellite TV (DSTV) bouquets are in all the rooms. The lodge can accommodate large groups and has conferencing facilities.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure we charge for the full amount of the original booking.
Cancellation 0 – 28 days before days of arrival, or no show – visitors forfeits 100% of any deposits paid. Approved refunds are only to be done once a month.

African Footprints Lodge offers conference facilities for up to 124 people (90 seated with tables or 124 cinema style).
We invite you to experience the perfect venue for a business conference, corporate function, small wedding or any other special occasion.The elegant conference room may be transformed to suite any occasion. Data Projector, Screen, etc. available. Morning tea, Lunch, and Afternoon tea is arranged in accordance with the client. All rooms have private entrances and are air-conditioned, equipped with Flat Screen TVs and have Tea & Coffee making facilities. VIP rooms also available. Complimenting the conference facilities there are braai- and swimming facilities. Various Government departments are among many of our patrons.

Safe and secure parking available. ll our Rooms are stylishly decorated in a true African style, each offering you all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a world class Lodging facility. Our rooms offer en-suite bathrooms and most offer private access to the parking area. Our self-catering family rooms are fully equipped and sleep four people. Each unit offers a double and two single beds. African Lodge can provide lodging for groups of up to 37 people.
