On entering the B&B suites you are drawn to the full width glass frontage of the suite, where the magnificent seascape stretching away before you leads you out onto the full width private balcony. The luxurious B&B suites sleep 2 in comfort, and one suite provides for an additional child under 10 years old. A full English breakfast is served every morning to prepare guests for the day ahead.

The self catering units have their own private entrance, and the enchanting thatched walkway leading to the units invites guests to an idyllic visit. The self catering units are situated in a tranquil garden locale and have their own private verandas’, charmingly overgrown with lush vegetation. The self catering units sleep 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years in comfort, or 3 adults, and are superbly appointed, ensuring that all guests\’ needs are fulfilled.

All suites have tea and coffee making facilities. The covered braai area is available to all guests, even though the self catering units each have their own mini-braai. There is a wall mounted TV in each suite, with Dstv and Mnet. There is ample secure off-road parking, and the Crowned Crane is conveniently situated near all amenities. A minute from the Crowned Crane is access to the pristine beauty of the Gonubie coastline. Equally close is the Gonubie Bird Sanctuary which is home to over 160 bird species, including the Crowned Crane. Within walking distance of The Crowned Crane is the tidal pool and the start of the renowned Gonubie Boardwalk, which will lead you to Gonubie\’s impressive river mouth, with its perfect and safe Blue Flag Beach.
