Our cottages are ONLY 60 m TO the pebble BEACH. Upmarket, fully equipped self-catering cottages, on the beautiful Wild Coast – a mere 20 km from East London, South Africa. Perfectly equipped for any length of stay.
Rainbow Valley in totality used to be a Rondalia Resort. Most of the houses are now privately owned. The bottom 4 cottages were renovated by the Van Heerden family in 2007 to Self–Catering Cottages and were named Stokkies & Skulpies. Currently they belong to the Huang family.
These cottages/suites/houses are nestled between the Kwesani River and the Kwelera Nature Reserve that is home to small buck, monkeys and a rich bird life. Situated only 60 meters from the beach you will be able to hear the sound of waves crashing onto the rocks nearby. This part of our beautiful coastline consists mostly of pebbles and rocky outposts. Sunrise on Sea and Kwelera are the nearest “”sandy”” beaches to us. If you need a more commercialized bleach – Gonubie is 15 minutes drive away.
