Surrounded by the Tsitsikamma National Park and nestled high on the majestic cliffs above the rugged Tsitsikamma coastline on a scenic estate spanning over three kilometers of oceanfront, this 4-star rated luxury lodge offers spectacular million-dollar ocean views.
Six tastefully decorated suites (the premium ones being the Grande Suite of over 90 square meters, also known as the Honeymoon or Presidential Suite, the Master Suite, the Ocean/Garden Suite and East Suite, and the standard suites are the South and West ones) surround you in luxury, all offering magnificent ocean views.
All have their own private balconies or access to the Grande Verandah. The Garden Suite has an additional private entrance facing the ocean. Views from most suite include 80 kms of coastline to the east and unlimited views south. The lodge is remote, exclusive and serene. There are no in-room TV sets or telephones to disturb the peaceful and tranquil setting.
Rates include a buffet dinner and breakfast.
Not rated, the estate also offers two and three bedroom, neatly appointed, self-catering cottages that sleep between four and six.
A scenic but steep climb down the face through the Tsitsikamma National Forest leads to the ocean below, where whales and great white sharks are often spotted, but not together, and dolphins where the waterfall ends in the ocean.
